And Irrespective of the fact if also you have registered yourself under DND or DNC service still you authorize us to give you a Call/SMS/e-mail from Mystro & partnering Banks/NBFCs and Advertisers for the above mentioned purposes.

Client agrees to expressly authorize Mystro to send service related transactional text messages, whatsapp messages and make calls even if client's contact number is listed as DND with the concerned telecom regulatory authority.

By accepting our "Terms and Conditions" you authorize our partners to run a Credit Bureau Report pull from CIBIL, Experian and any such Credit Information Company (CIC) for your profile check.

User’s Computer/Mobile Camera Access Permission

The User will be requested to grant Permission to their computer/mobile device camera whenever any document is required to be scanned or captured for KYC verification such as PAN, Aadhar card, a selfie photo image or any other documents required to ensure the completion and authentication of your KYC. We require access to your camera to enable you to initiate your KYC process. This permission allows you to also perform your Video KYC as well as taking screenshots of your original Officially Verified Documents that you present during your KYC journey. Video KYC enables you to complete your KYC digitally, smoothly and efficiently. Your video shall be recorded and retained for regulatory purpose along with the screenshots of original Official Verified Documents.

User’s Computer/Mobile Device Storage

We require storage permission so that your KYC and other relevant documents can be securely downloaded and saved on your phone. You can then easily upload the correct KYC related documents for faster filing of loan application details and disbursal process. This ensures that you are provided with a seamless experience while using the application. For example: We need to upload salary slip during the loan process and hence access is required of file storage to upload files from the gallery. We use reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information against misuse. .

Location Permission

We required User’s Permission to fetch location on Mobile or Desktop device which performing KYC of the user or at the other times for providing the user a localised product offering and better user experience.

Unsolicited Information:

Except where specifically agreed or necessary for operational or regulatory reasons, MYSTRO will not send you any unsolicited information. However, to help you to take full advantage of the service offerings of the Company, you will have the opportunity to indicate whether you would like to "opt out" of receiving promotional and/or marketing information about other products, services and offerings from MYSTRO and/or any third parties etc. If the user does not opt out, MYSTRO may use any email addresses of users to send occasional emails pertaining to the said information. The user can nevertheless unsubscribe from receipt of such emails by following instructions therein or by communicating accordingly to MYSTRO.

Retention of Personal Information:

MYSTRO shall not retain personal information longer than the purpose for which it is sought is served or is otherwise required under any other law for the time being in force. The information so collected shall be used only for the purpose for which it is collected.
